The accommodation has undergone an extensive restoration and is currently a 4* holiday let, which sleeps 8 and is located along the seafront, with spectacular views overlooking the Bay of Swansea. Situated within walking distance of Mumbles village, it sits at the southern tip of the Bay, approximately 5 miles from Swansea town centre.
On the ground floor the spacious kitchen/diner has fitted units with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, electric double oven and a gas hob. The dining area has a table and chairs for 8 and a wall mounted TV. This room also has double doors providing access to the rear enclosed courtyard. Also on the ground floor is the light filled lounge, comfortably furnished with two 3 seat sofas, a Barcelona chair with foot stool, plus a hub chair, a large wall mounted TV and a next of tables. This room features a large picture window with views directly over Swansea Bay.
First floor: Sea View
There is a king size bedroom providing panoramic sea views and includes an en suite shower room with WC and basin. There is also a separate modern family shower room with shower cubicle, WC and basin.
There is also a twin room on this floor, overlooking the park with use of the family bathroom on the same floor.
Second floor: Bay View and Park View
There are 2 further bedrooms on this floor - both are en suite with walk in showers. The views from the front double bedroom are exceptional whilst the comfortable rear bedroom has twin beds and park view.
* Park View can also be offered as a zip and link king size bed.
